Scholarship Program Categories

The JAPFA Scholarship for the Nation – Cohort 2026 (Batch 2) is open to eligible applicants through the following categories:

Internal Category

The Internal Category is intended for the children of employees of PT JAPFA Comfeed Indonesia Tbk and all entities within the JAPFA Group who meet the program requirements and belong to employee grades 1A, 1B, and 1C.

Eligible Education Levels:

  • Senior High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK)

  • Diploma (D3/D4) and Bachelor's Degree (S1) programs at public or private higher education institutions in Indonesia

External Category

The External Category is intended for students from the general public who demonstrate academic and/or non-academic potential and meet the program requirements.

Eligible Education Levels:

  • Diploma (D3/D4) and Bachelor's Degree (S1) programs at public or private higher education institutions in Indonesia

Selection Schedule

Stage 1 – Application Period

6 July 2026 - 9 August 2026

Applications are submitted online through the JAPFA Scholarship portal

Stage 2 – Administrative Selection

10 August 2026 - 16 August 2026

Verification of applicant information, supporting documents, academic achievements, and essays

Stage 3 – Psychological Assessment

17 August 2026 - 23 August 2026

Psychological assessment is conducted online through the JAPFA Scholarship portal

Stage 4 – FGD Selection

1 September 2026 - 6 September 2026

Online group discussion based on a designated case study

Stage 5 – Selection Announcement

Registration Requirement

Internal Category

Senior / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK)

  1. Must be an Indonesian citizen.

  2. Must be the child of an active employee of PT JAPFA Comfeed Indonesia Tbk and/or any JAPFA Group business entity under employee grades 1A, 1B, or 1C.

  3. Currently enrolled in Grades 10, 11, or 12 at a Senior High School or Vocational High School.

  4. Have a minimum average grade of 80 in the most recent academic semester.

  5. Not currently receiving any other scholarship from another institution or organization.

  6. Demonstrate a strong motivation to pursue education and personal development.

  7. Willing to participate in all activities and requirements of the JAPFA Scholarship for the Nation throughout the program period.

University (D3/D4/S1)

  1. Must be an Indonesian citizen.

  2. Must be the child of an active employee of PT JAPFA Comfeed Indonesia Tbk and/or any JAPFA Group business entity under employee grades 1A, 1B, or 1C.

  3. Currently enrolled in a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).

  4. Open to students from public and private higher education institutions in Indonesia.

  5. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

  6. Not currently receiving any other scholarship from another institution or organization.

  7. Demonstrate a strong motivation to pursue education and personal development.

  8. Willing to participate in all activities and requirements of the JAPFA Scholarship for the Nation throughout the program period.

External Category

University (D3/D4/S1)

  1. Must be an Indonesian citizen.

  2. Currently enrolled in a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) program in semesters 1–5.

  3. Open to students from public and private higher education institutions in Indonesia.

  4. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

  5. Actively involved in organizations, competitions, community initiatives, or volunteer activities.

  6. Not currently receiving any other scholarship from another institution or organization.

  7. Demonstrate a strong motivation to pursue education and personal development.

  8. Willing to participate in all activities and requirements of the JAPFA Scholarship for the Nation throughout the program period.

JAPFA Scholarship Policy

The implementation of Beasiswa JAPFA Untuk Anak Negeri is subject to the following provisions:

1. Scholarship Duration

The scholarship is awarded for a period of two (2) years or four (4) academic semesters, starting from the date the participant is officially designated as a Beasiswa JAPFA Untuk Anak Negeri Awardee.

2. Evaluation and Monitoring

Evaluation and monitoring will be conducted at the end of each semester based on academic performance, program participation, achievements, and overall awardee development.

3. Agreement Requirements

Awardees are required to sign a scholarship agreement outlining their rights, responsibilities, applicable terms, and program regulations.

4. Scholarship Termination

The organizer reserves the right to terminate an awardee's scholarship status if they are found to have violated any provisions stipulated in the scholarship agreement.

Beasiswa JAPFA Untuk Anak Negeri Registration

Applications for Beasiswa JAPFA Untuk Anak Negeri must be submitted online through the designated application portal. Applicants are required to complete the application form and ensure that all submitted information and supporting documents comply with the program requirements before the application deadline.
