Aksi Untuk Nusantara is a community engagement activity that forms part of the development activities within the JAPFA Scholarship for the Nation. JAPFA Industry Exposure Visit is an industrial visit activity that provides beneficiaries with the opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the workplace and the agrifood industry through visits to various operational units within the JAPFA Group. Through this activity, beneficiaries can directly observe how the food and agribusiness industry operates, from production processes and technology implementation to quality standards and professional work systems that support Indonesia's food security. More than just an industrial visit, this activity is designed as a learning experience that helps beneficiaries broaden their perspectives, explore various career opportunities, and build stronger connections with the professional environment across the JAPFA Group.

JAPFA Career Talk is a career development webinar activity designed to help beneficiaries understand the world of work, explore various career opportunities, and develop the skills needed to navigate their future successfully. Through a series of webinars conducted regularly, beneficiaries have the opportunity to learn directly from professionals, industry practitioners, and business leaders who share their experiences, insights, and perspectives on the workplace and personal development. As part of the JAPFA Scholarship for the Nation Engagement Activities, JAPFA Career Talk supports young people's transition from education to the professional world by equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and direction needed for their future careers.

JAPFA Scholarship Graduation is a recognition and transition activity designed to mark the completion of beneficiaries' journey in the JAPFA Scholarship for the Nation. This activity serves as a meaningful occasion to celebrate the achievements, experiences, and learning journey of beneficiaries throughout their participation in the program, while preparing them to move forward as alumni who are ready to excel, contribute, and create positive impact in society. More than just a graduation ceremony, JAPFA Scholarship Graduation provides a space for reflection, appreciation, and network strengthening by bringing together awardees, alumni, program managers, and various stakeholders in a shared and meaningful journey.
